At Uncut Grails, our ultimate goal is your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help. Our policy provides a 30-day return window. Within this timeframe, you can return an item purchased from our website, https://uncutgrails.com, for a full refund under strict conditions.

Conditions for Returns

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note that if an item is returned not adhering to the conditions above, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us: Send an email to support@uncutgrails.com or call us at 514 513 6584, providing us with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Once we’ve received your email, we will inspect the details and approve the return if it meets our policy guidelines. We will then send you a return shipping label.
  3. Package your item: Ensure your item is in its original packaging, undamaged, and with all tags intact. Place the item securely in the package and attach the return label to the outside.
  4. Ship the item: Drop your package at the courier indicated on the shipping label. Please keep the shipping receipt for reference until the refund is issued.
  5. Receive your refund: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. This process may take a few days depending on your bank’s policies.

Please Note:

  1. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  2. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@uncutgrails.com or 514 513 6584 with your order number, description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damage. We will arrange for the item to be returned and will ship a replacement item at our expense.
